Presented by Tamar Dinner (She/Her), Centre for Sexuality. Based on evidence-based best practices he Cetre for Sexuality's Training Centre has developed an approach to organizational change that will aid workplaces in the development and implementation of policies and practices to create an environment that is inclusive of LGBTQ2S+ identities. In this presentation, attendees will learn why LGBTQ2S+ inclusion is important, the benefits of inclusive workplaces, and The Centre for Sexuality’s comprehensive audit tool and implementation approach.
Tamar's experience working with LGBTQ2S+ Communities began through her work at the the Compass Centre for Sexual Wellness providing one on one counselling as well as providing inclusive comprehensive sexual health education to folks in LGBTQ communities. She is currently a Training Centre Facilitator at the Centre for Sexuality and provides workshops to assist organizations in creating inclusive workplaces.
